Welcome to ATU Retiree Chapter Local 1056’s website!

The Chapter was established December 1st, 1988 to assist retired members of the local union to have a better understanding of their benefits and keep them informed on important topics. Additionally, over the years the Chapter established a means of communication with local 1056 and NYC Transit to address concerns and questions from members.
Our commitment to our members is to provide accurate and up-to-date information through our newsletter, email and this new website. We take pride in knowing we are helping our Chapter members and welcome your ideas and input.
